When I was growing up I would always look for self worth in others instead of looking
at the source aka within myself. As a young girl this started to develop my mindset
on what self-worth looked like -what I interpreted what I needed to be,
suppressing myself worth deeper and deeper.
It wasn't until I was faced with profound challenges, where I woke up to find my purpose & fully discovered myself. Going through my self-worth journey. I became a Mentor, Sound healer & YIN Yogi to empower others in finding,
their own self LOVE!
